I work at the intersection of business exits, capital formation, and private market deal execution.

Through Raven Capital, I help entrepreneurs turn businesses into liquid, usable wealth. Most owners only go through one exit in their life. That makes it high-stakes, complex, and often poorly structured. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline to that process so decisions are made cleanly and value is not left on the table.

Alongside exit advisory, I work with deal sponsors and operators raising capital for real estate and real asset opportunities. These are typically proven operators who need structure, investor alignment, and execution support to move from opportunity to funded deal.

The work is straightforward in principle, but demanding in practice:

Unclear situations are diagnosed.

Complexity is structured into decisions.

Capital is raised or liquidity events are executed.

Value is captured and protected.

Then capital is redeployed into new opportunities with intent.

There is a capital cycle that sits underneath everything I do:

I typically work in two scenarios:

Deal sponsors and operators with validated opportunities who need capital structure, investor coordination, and execution support to bring deals to completion.

The focus is always the same: clarity that leads to execution, and execution that leads to measurable financial outcomes.
